Jesse James Antique Mall is the largest mall in northwest Missouri.  The mall offers a friendly atmosphere that brings the customer back again and again.  Dealers benefit from a high traffic location, while appreciating reasonable booth rent.   

-         Booth rent ranges from $64 a month to $164 a month

-         Walking the Floor one day a month is optional for a reduced booth rental

-         Showcases rent for $54 a month

-         A ten percent mall commission is charged

Other important information to know:

-         Sales cutoff is at the end of every month.  Checks are available to dealers on the third

-         Rent is automatically deducted from the dealer’s check for the upcoming month

-         If rent is not able to be paid through sales; it is to be paid by the fifteenth or an additional ten dollars is charged

-         Payment by MasterCard and Visa are accepted with the 3% charge being paid by the dealer

-         Sales tax and it’s documentation is done entirely by the mall

-         Dealer Discount of 10% off of items over $20  with payment of cash or check
